Tzones is not simply the "list" you state... That is like saying your purchase of service from an ISP gives you a "list"
WAP/TZones is your data connection via GPRS to the TMobile network. WAP/TZones is what allows you to download Ringtones, Wallpaper, and send/receive MMS (Pictures, etc). With TZones (If you pay for true Tzones not the included WAP, which is included on every account now) you get a GPRS connection that allows you to go to almost any open WAP site on the internet (Whether it is on the "list" or not). My comment was directed at your COMMENT as to how no one even Tech Support knows anything about anything.
