Some other very technical questions!

One of my clients has a radio station (WGMD) in Lewes, Delaware (very
limited T-Mobile coverage around there!) He would be quite
interested in leasing some tower space to T-Mobile, has a 300ft tower
now and is thinking of building a new 330 or 500 foot tower. Who can
he contact about this? And can someone at T-Mobile provide info on
the type of tower that works best for GSM? Lastly, any idea what
sort of lease rate might be paid?
Thanks
Mike
