My father was recently contacted by Nextel and was asked if he would place a
site on his building in a downtown area. He told me Nextel would pay him
$1300 a month if he allowed them to do so. Easy money, huh?

I am sure T-Mobile would be somewhere around that amount...

I've read in a few places that monthly lease rates can be around
$1,000 or so.
