Don't forget you can also customize it just the way want it. I bought it once and returned it the first time. Then I found Howard Forums and forum.xda-devlopers.com and I exchanged my SDA for it. Now, even after hesitating again, I decided it can do a lot.
Just look around those two sites and you will find plenty to keep you busy in customizing and adding the right programs. The slide out keyboard does take a little getting used to as does customizing it for one handed use (i.e., smartskey, t9 on screen keypad, and other utilities). If you are not willing to spend time into customizing it (esp upgrading the ROM) then it will be horrible out of the box. Oh, you have to deal with the memory leak too but that's not as bad after you load the ton of stuff on it (I got a 2GB Sandisk!)
