Roaming has almost always *not* been a substitute for spotty coverage on your home carrier. It's usually available when the carriers have a roaming agreement to do roaming. It's almost never in the same market where they have coverage (no matter how spotty.) Don't forget that roaming costs your carrier extra money and they're not going to spend that if they don't think they have to. ------------------------ Yahoo!
