T-Mo Does not offer 850 roaming. That means that the phone
will not work in several states like NC,ND,SD,MT and spotty
in several states like NE,IA,SC,WI and most other states
in the rural areas. And no need to be rude to T-Mo reps. I
call on them several times a day to get answers for my
costumers. The biggest thing with reps is that a rude caller
my get a more difficult response. SO smile on the phone and let
  the good in people win.

Matthew, you need to watch your attributions. I wasn't the one who
said that roaming is not available. It is. Shane D'Arcy was the
person who said it wasn't!
