And you know this just how? Are you a customer care representative? Don't kid yourself. People do have problems and can indeed have frustrating problems that go on and on seemingly unable to be fixed. It's a terrible attitude to assume that all customers are stupid. Of course they're not. Some are not patient and some don't use common sense, but it's blatantly unfair to call them stupid.
