This could be part of the problem. I have found that areas along the border suffer from interference from the cell sites in Mexico. I spend alot of time in Bisbee and my phone only work some of the time. Don't know if this helps but yoou might want to let TMO know. PS Is the big Ballon aloft! This could cause problems also.
