I'm thinking of buying a Motorola V195 t-mobile phone on ebay. Consumer reports says that is the best phone for t-mobile. The phone doesn't have a SIM card. T-moblie says I will need a $50 prepaid activation kit that will include a SIM card. New SIM cards can be bought cheaply on ebay. Will I still need to get the $50 activation kit if I buy a SIM card on ebay?
