Hello,

I just started service with T-Mobile on Saturday. The one problem I am 
having is updating the name shown on caller ID when I make a call. The  
name of the previous owner of my number is the name that is displayed. 

I've called T-mobile every day and so far they have been unable to 
update it. I know it's only been 4 days, but every time I call, I get a 
different story as to why it hasn't been done yet ("yellow card" not 
filled out yet, complaint not escalated, etc).

Has anyone else had this problem? If I can't resolve this, I guess I'll 
have to cancel, as I don't want someone else's name on my phone number.
