I lost my phone (Samsung T209) in a snow bank about 3pm on 14 Feb. I had only had the phone for about six months. At 5pm I called TMo from my other line and had them suspend service on the primary line. I called them from work at 11am on 15 Feb. They offered to replace my T209 at no cost, except shipping, $15 UPS. I had the new phone in hand at 1pm, 16 Feb and had the line reactivated by 2pm. I am more than pleased with TMo CS.
