It is the same thing when I call to complain about the many dropped 
calls and the many calls I can not even make even thought I have all 
the bars showing. I have called quite a few time to complain and it is 
the same routine, power down the power up check the network and the 
phone settings, you have gone thru the same I am sure. I was even sent 
a new sim card but the same problem. I have had this problem for over 
a year and really pissed at this point. This my second Samsung t619, 
TMobile sent me a new one because I was a pain about the problem last 
year. My wife sitting next to me, I call her to test the phones and I 
get dropped and she calls me and the same results. I am extremely 
disappointed and will not sign again with them. I was told one time 
that the problem was the house I live in but even when I go outside 
and walk around the same problem. I want to end my contract because I 
am basically paying for a service that I can not full enjoy. Any help 
with this issue would be appreciated.
