Bummer you are having problems. I signed up with T-Mobile after many
years with the various companies that finally came down to AT&T. Never
really had any problems except when I was in areas of no service and that
didn't last more than about ten miles. It was out in the middle of nowhere
so it came as no surprise.
I signed up for their prepaid service, 1000 anytime anywhere minutes in
a year for $100 + sales tax and bought their cheapest phone, the Nokia 2610.
I've used less than half my minutes in eight months so will probably end the
year with minutes left. The biggest savings is about $12.00 a month in the
various taxes and fees that I was paying on my old service. When the year
runs out, I can add new minutes over the internet which will save me from
having to pay sales tax on them.
