I think they had some sort of falling out before or after the Treo 600. TMO had planned to offer the 650 after the exclusive with Cingular ended, but it never happened (which was not necessarily a bad thing since that model had numerous flaws). I have to say, the 600 may still be my fave device overall, but it lacked BT, EDGE, and WiFi (which apparently Palm OS can't support). I particularly miss the SMS threading and unlimited call logs; the BB is an absolute failure in both of those areas.
