I don't think that TMO has micro-sims.

However... I got my iPhone4 via work, and for many reasons I didn't want to
use the micro-sim that came with it. I took my normal-size SIM out of the
iPhone 3Gs, put the iPhone4's micro-SIM on top, traced it with a pencil, and
then carefully cut away at it until the old SIM fitted into the micro-sim
drawer.

I've been using this for a month now... works perfectly!
