I highly doubt that T-Mobile has micro SIMs simply because I don't  
believe any T-Mobile native devices require them.  I've seen a couple  
different solutions.  One is a punch for ~$30 that will cut a standard  
SIM to micro SIM size and another that's basically some sort of  
adapter.  It doesn't hurt to ask at a T-Mobile store.
