Hi there, just found your message after wading through many, many, messages in
my other groups. Question: Can you get a DSL line from your local telco? If
so, this can link to T-Mobile Hot Spot @ home service. Somewhat faster than
dial up, but depending on how big your DSL line is it might be faster. I'm a
transplant from Cincy living in Tennessee, and have had T-Mobile @ home since
getting settled in here, and it was a little slow getting going. To use a
c-phone the phone will need to be UMA capable...some aren't. I finally found a
Blackberry that is, it works very well. I have a desktop and two laptops along
with my Blackberry that go wireless on the router.

T-Mobile has no service in this area, except an occasional GPRS connection. It
gets stronger and works well around I-40, otherwise its a dead zone.

Should note that I don't work in sales for T-Mobile.
