I installed bash 4.2.53, compiled in T2, then started rev. 44630 from
scratch, x86_64 generic desktop build.

It required the fixes for 'ppl' and 'glib' in stage-0, that I have
already posted about.

Then in stage-1 it failed at 'dieltlibc'.

Identical build to before, but this time has failed earlier in stage-1!

So, it seems that I was better off with the bash 4.3.0 from Ubuntu 15.10.

I'll give it a go without the "x32", just plain x86_64, see how far it gets .

Regards,
Barry
