OK, Problem 3 and a request:-
3/ Started building and come across the 0-linux-header problem, had it
before and it seems to have come back, it fails with an error message
saying it can't write a var/adm/flists file, directory is there but
think it actually means the /var/adm/flists/linux-header file it can't
write out. After a Clean -cache and Build-Target is restarted it's ok,
writes the linux-header file out and goes on building.
(so far just completed building 0-packages).
Also could I ask for mingetty be added to the 00-minimal.in package-list
please, it's too good not to use and each port doesn't have to have it's
own getty copy tied to a pid as most others do, it shares.
In particular is " mingetty --autologin 'loginname' tty "to autologin
and allow autostarting scripts tied to particular username.
QUOTE: mingetty is a minimal getty for use on virtual consoles. Unlike
agetty(8), mingetty is not suitable for serial lines.
mingetty [--noclear] [--nonewline] [--noissue] [--nohangup]
[--nohostname] [--long-hostname] [--loginprog=/bin/login] [--nice=10]
[--delay=5] [--chdir=/home] [--chroot=/chroot] [--autologin username] tty

Thanks for the new X86_64 Base, at r45537, much appreciated, have
downloaded and installed with a difficulty or two with stone's
obscuritiness in setting meanings.
However a problem ot two for you:-
1/ Problem with installing from CDROM, it wants to be installed from a
Drive Partition, it did not show the cdrom as an option to install from
even though it was booted from one (tried three different workstations
with the same result), so something wierd (?maybe some sort of missing
generic 64bit cdrom driver).
I deciced to test it out by creating a minimal default set as default1
2/ When trying to download I came across another problem, when
downloading from the source. Downloads (as shown below) when from source
and compressing, it says the final file is a .tar.gz or .tar.bz2, but
actually is a .tar.zst, OR, in the case if a source is a .tgz, it is
actually is a .tzst stored in the mirror. I think you have a ?problem
somewhere.
Haven't got further as i'm moving it to another workstation I used for
T2 building in the past. Will use this thread if I find any.
regards and thanks again for the build

Rene, you have got to upload more recent live-cd iso files!
Rene,
Would you mind building a x86_64 iso from latest revision?
Currently, it is r43749, which is somewhere in 2015:
http://dl.t2-project.org/binary/unstable/9.0-trunk/
As you say, I need the zstd stuff in it. Also, I hit the problem with
perl being too old to build the 'texinfo' pkg.
The iso doesn't even have the 'xz' package!
Also, it is CLI only, a minimal with basic desktop would be nice.
yeah, right, I build new images, committed some more fixes to trunk,
will release soon:
