I am to blame for this, because i implemented xorriso in libisoburn and
distribute it by source tarball libisoburn-*.tar.gz.
Source distros in most cases only have a libisoburn package, therefore,
which installs libisoburn*.so and the ismall binary frontend
/usr/bin/xorriso.
Only FreeBSD ports calls the libisoburn package "xorriso".
(And then there is GNU xorriso, a static compilation which includes libburn,
libisofs, and libisoburn to avoid the need for installing .so files.)

T2 has
  https://t2sde.org/packages/libisoburn
which says
"It comes with a command line application named xorriso,"

If i enable Javascript and click on "show" in
Installed files (on reference hardware): [show]
then i see is quadruple personality (it's mad but harmless):
  usr/bin/osirrox
  usr/bin/xorrecord
  usr/bin/xorriso
  usr/bin/xorrisofs

Have a nice day :)

Thomas
