Thanks for the reply, a few mixed comments if i may.

1-Your Patreon account, can you add a one off payment method with varying amounts please, i'm not interested in paying on a weekly or other repeditive periods and I suspect many others are the same.

2- I've updated my working system to your latest r49198 and still have problems building. I'm getting 'funny' problems arising with the latest r49326 with things that 'worked without modification in r49158' now crashing, and not always the same problem. So for now i've stepped back to building in r49158 as I know I can get at least a 20-minimum set out of it and i'm working on a 40-minimum-xorg at present. I'll play with the r49326 in a container system when I have another development workstation free in a week or so and see if I can track the cause down.

3- Can you update editor/ed please, 1.5 has been withdrawn and the latest is 1.15, same url.

4- love your robot 'data', hope it saves you a lot of overhead.

5- i'm reading up on svn when time allows, problem is getting good examples that have understandable explanations for a non-svn person.

thanks and keep up all the good work

Hi,

while I think libaio built for me, some packages indeed sometimes fail with
creating /tmp or something, which is just not very good practice and poetically
buggy? build tools (ltinstall, Makefiles etc).

For me most stuff builds pretty nicely. 1-glib failure only happens on non-cross
bootstraps with meson trying to link int system /lib*/libc.so* & friends. The
next time I hit this it is easily fixed by tweaking or transforming the -L paths.

Thank you for starting to use svn diff, it would be best for all to share fixes
in one patch and topic per email for a sorted discussion.

dir:' errors, i'll look whenn I stop tonight.

Many thanks Rene, for the new minimal-xorg-glibc-gcc-x86-64-r49198.iso,
downloading now!
Will try it tomorrow as I have a working build in progress (past 1-gcc at
last), including with :-
glibc-2.31
gcc-9.2.0
glib-2.62.4
*note the last one, it fixed the problem from glib-2.62.2, although glib is now
at glib-2.63.5 if you want the latest, I thought one step at a time, i'll try
the latest soon.
It also needs Jan's diff/patch for gcc and the attached lfs
glib-2.62.4-skip_warnings-1.patch patch to work.

ps and it's failed at libaio 'created file outside allowed top-level dir:', oh
well back to it!
