2- I've updated my working system to your latest r49198 .iso and still have
problems building. I'm getting 'funny' problems arising with the latest r49326
with things that 'worked without modification in r49158' now crashing, and not
always the same problem. So for now i've stepped back to building in r49158 as
I know I can get at least a 20-minimum set out of it and i'm working on a
40-minimum-xorg at present. I'll play with the r49326 in a container system
when I have another development workstation free in a week or so and see if I
can track the cause down.
Ah, main problem seems to be that there is no xz package in the new .iso
for some reason, hopefully that's all, but I suuspect something else is
also not there.
, oops :-).
The rest will have to await a free development machine.
And i'm having 'fun' with llvm now, have you read the new llvm licence
that started with 9.0, not sure it's useable, especially in a business
setting, I may have to go back to 8.0 which is the old bsd licence and
should be ok for a gcc build anyway.
