I've seen a number of people mention Staudigel's book. Could someone perhaps give me more information about it? I've found a secondhand copy on the web for $50, which seems a fair whack. Is it worth it? Our exchange rate is not so much sliding as plummeting without a parachute (for no perceivable reason, but don't get me started on that!), so getting it now rather than later could make a big difference.
