I would be interested in finding out how to charge for teaching a class at
Convergence or other regional conferences.
I don't think there's an issue of how much to charge for teaching at Convergence, but I may be wrong. My sense is that you either accept what they pay or you don't teach there. The regionals may handle things differently.
