Well I am going to venture the following guess...

I looked at my local repo after the failure... and it shows the  
2.4-collab-SNAPSHOT folder created and populated with XML files... (no jars 
though)...


Since my maven has been working for months and years recently and I have not 
modified anything... it builds fine for OGNL and TAPESTRY...

I am venturing to guess that the TACOS build has populated something bad to the 
remote repository that is causing this failure.

It is a remote repo issue.

Can someone try to flush this out and resolve?

I am ready to try it again anytime.
