Here is some helpful info...
When I look at this directory
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/2.4-collab-SNAPSHOT/
All releases are empty... nothing is there.
Can someone resolve this repo please.
