I do not see that the description of motor_vehicle nor the description
of motorcar is wrong there.
But be careful with the conclusion from the symbol:
In international signage the "motorcar" means all motor driven vehicles
with 4 or more wheels in two rows - not only passenger cars like the
symbol shows.
