Nice to see school:FR=* is even documented. I think this kind of thing should be encoraged in other countries. Following this pattern of school:<Uppercase Country Code>=*, and with some extensive discussion of the community seems to be the way to go. The key isced:level=* is also nice, but it would probably be easy to convert school:XY=* to isced:level=* (if made by that country's mappers).
