I think you might misunderstand what this list is for. On https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tagging "About Tagging" says:
"Discuss the tags used in OSM, how they could evolve, and how editors and renderers might interact with them."
to get them through due to the inactivity of members here.
It's a weekend - maybe people have been out mapping and are catching up with stuff before going to work tomorrow?
