Yep .. needs to be 'generic' - usefull for all shop types.
For example, in Japan, a "bath fixtures" shop is a common store. They sell toilets,
showers, tubs, etc. there are plenty of big home stores that that slo sell those, but the local
"bath fixture shop" is a common sight.
There was a few blocks of a street in Athens, Greece that had a line of shops
all selling this stuff (bathroom fittings, baths, tap ware, sinks etc).
Would make shopping so easy! Side by side shops .. different brands and stock
in each.
Same with "bamboo home goods" and "tea goods" for loose tea, powered macha,
special teapots, and the accessories for the pots. You can not buy a drink there, just goods to
make tea. W
A skeleton of premade sub keys that can accept specific values shop=hobby,
hobby=trains or an acceptance of more specific values ( similar to cuisine -
octopus ball stands are fast food here) need to dealt with in a proper way.
Some 'shops' also do repair, servicing of the things they sell. Bicycles has
already been equipped with tags for that,
and I'd think the sub tags should allow for it too...
For example
sells:hobby:train=yes
or even
sells:hobby:train:hornby=yes .. where the make is known.
then
services:hobby:train=yes
repairs:hobby:train=yes
