Split the way and put the appropriate spelling on each half. Put the other spelling in alt_name. Or leave it as a single way and name it "Right Street / Wrong Street." Yes, you've found a couple of examples where it's not possible/sensible to map the reality well. That doesn't mean it's a good idea to not map the reality when it is both possible and sensible to do so. -- Paul
