As Christoph said in his first reply, these are brands, where it is typical to 
have abbreviations, acronyms or artificial words (think vw, bmw, gm, mg, aldi, 
haribo, tüv, rwe, basf, esso, bp, osram, agfa, ge, at&t, .....).

I agree it mostly makes sense to classify it either as in the language from 
where it comes from/was first used or as not being in any language. There can 
also be exceptions though, e.g. “Alibaba” is not a chinese word, Mercedes is a 
Spanish name, etc.
