That too.  But mainly document that the general consensus is that it is
best handled by a
multipolygon with a naked area playing the inner role.  That's not only
clearer, using accepted
and documented tagging, but it also renders.  As opposed to
landuse=clearing which doesn't
render and a clearing isn't a use of land but a lack of use of land.

It would be good to document it so that those who find landuse=clearing on
taginfo and bother
to then check the wiki for acceptability will see there's a better way to
do it.  Assuming we all
did agree that was a better way to do it (it was so many long discussions
ago, I forget the
outcome).
