It also provides a physical barrier. Try riding a bike through one, or sleeping
on one, or taking a shortcut through one!

Hedges are physical barriers made of plants. people put them for decoration
*and* to keep people out of many areas.

a hedge is any bushes that have been pruned into an ornamental barrier. they
may be singular or plural.

people, such as myself, micromap hedges in some areas. I don’t use them for
trees or flowerbeds, but you will find plenty of hedges in a rose garden
keeping people from taking shortcuts through the flowers.

removing the rendering for area=yes on the hedge is a very poorly thought out
decision.

it should be reversed.
