#27: problem with cvs->hglib using mercurial-tip

I'm using tailor 0.9.20, hglib, and mercurial-tip (cs 428e0a9c9968). It's
a bleeding edge combination, so I'm braced for things not to work.
For a particular CVS module, it proceeds apace until the following
happens:

Exception exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError: <exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError
instance at 0x2a975b65a8> in <bound method lock.__del__ of
<mercurial.lock.lock object at 0x2a97575510>> ignored
waiting for lock held by 25942
}}}
As 25942 is tailor's PID, it does an awful lot of navel-gazing here. This
doesn't happen with mercurial-0.7.
If it helps, this is independent of the state of tailor's encoding-errors-
policy option. I can find no non-ASCII characters in any of the CVS
sources.
