Thanks for the effort to understand the issue, but given that `hg` wants
''utf-8'' everywhere, wouldn't be safer doing the recode in
[source:vcpx/[EMAIL PROTECTED] _normalizeEntryPaths()] (or even
`_adaptEntries()` and touching also the changelog)?
That way, this would be applied to every operation, not just adds.
