I received three bridges from that website. They all work for me using
tails-i386-1.1.iso and torbrowser-install-3.6.4_en-US.exe. I tried each
single bridge in each.

In Tails I tried a dozen times clean boot with one of the hosts just to see
if maybe it was a random thing. One of the times I received the message
"Connecting to a relay directory failed (no route to host)." however the
message quickly went away and I was connected via the bridge. The network
card was up so I'm not sure why I saw that. I also tried purposely setting
the network card down and then that message appears as well but once the
network card is back up it's recoverable.

In Tor Browser on windows I tried messing with the network card as well.
When the network card is down and the connection fails but then comes back
up clicking the button again does nothing. However tor is silently
connecting in the background and you can see that if you click the copy log
to clipboard button. After it's fully bootstrapped I clicked the button
again and the dialog disappeared and the browser opened and it was
connected via the bridge I specified.

The network interface is the only thing I can think of. I read a complaint
you made about it in another post so I was thinking maybe yours wasn't up.
Also have you checked the ISO to make sure it isn't corrupt and also does
it have enough memory?

I will send you the bridges I received from the website off list.
