Thanks for reporting back. Happy to know that this line helps. I don't think there currently is a way to make this persistent. It looks like this problem is linked to the X server somehow. I don't remember if you tried this using Tails 3.0 beta 4 or if you are using Tails 2.12? If the latter, can you try to use the beta and see if it works better? https://tails.boum.org/news/test_3.0-beta4/index.en.html > Seems memory wipe is successful as no power button/reset needed. Not sure what this is due to, but I'm happy to know the touchscreen works at all. >> wifi not recognized, can it be recognized? > > can you send the output of > "lspci | grep Network" > give? > > nothing, just another fresh empty terminal line If you do just `lspci` or `lsusb`, what do you get? > I have whisperback copied in a file, can I attach a TXT file or is it better > to send copy/paste in an email? Sorry, I guess I'm too old fashioned. Try with `sudo journalctl -f` ? Thanks & cheers! u. _______________________________________________ tails-support mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.boum.org/listinfo/tails-support To unsubscribe from this list, send an empty email to [email protected].
