Not to mention nearmap and yahoo derived coastline from non-relicencing
mappers.  There is certainly an impact to coastline.

I can think of many other scenarios.  A common one would be a non-CT mapper
splitting a PGS defined coastline and aligning with nearmap.  I would doubt
the removal script in April would be intelligent enough to piece that back
together.
