I'd suggest you check this page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr
You'll see that the addr:country is supposed to be: "The ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 two letter country code in upper case." We are talking addresses not is_in. Also addr:state can be either but it tends to be the abbreviation. Cheers Ross On 19/01/14 09:42, cleary wrote:
