I think it'll be much easier to request a waiver for a wider set of Victorian open data. DELWP has been very accommodating and kindly granted us a waiver for Vicmap, so I can't see there being a problem with other CC BY data like https://discover.data.vic.gov.au/dataset/state-forest-public-land-management-wms .
In hindsight it was a mistake of mine to request the waiver with a narrow scope of applicable datasets, it's just the waiver templates from LWG specified a "Dataset" field and I didn't reword it to apply to any CC BY published open data. It'll probably take some time to get the paperwork back from DELWP, via their [email protected] email but we should start the process. Did you want to do that Ian?
