You could add note on them, but there is no guarantee that it gets read or acted upon, so it's probably a waste of bytes to do so. There are tools that let you watch over certain areas that have your interest, then you can revert and send a message to the person who replaced with inferior data to no do so in that region.
I think that's the more sensible way to proceed, but I can't remember the names of those tools at the moment.
