With the license for Stats-Can we are not going to be able to use any of their data. Although OSM is non-commercial there is no way we can ensure that any future user will always be non-commercial as well. The license creates limits that we are not able. or willing, to enforce on the data that we create.
Anyone that tries to use the data is going to be contravening the license terms for Stats Canada and until they change their terms it will be out of our reach.
