En faisant une recherche josm + orthogonal, je trouve ce greffon qui semble

contient différentes fonctions pour corriger les polygones. Je vois que l'on
utilise une tolérance 85-95 pour les angles droits. Il est aussi possible de
modifier les paramètres.
