Dear Czech community,
I have requested that HaPe-CZ should use a tagging scheme that is agreed
by the Czech community, here

but it appears that he has ignored my request. I can block him for
longer and/or automatically revert all edits done by him on railway
signals in the last N months if that is deemed a suitable response by
the community. I could also request that he stops editing any railway
signals until a community consensus has been reached.
