Dear Frederik,
thank you for your involvement. I personaly do not map railways, but
went throw the previous discussion in this thread and would ask you for
requesting HaPe-CZ to stop editing railway signals until a consensus is
reached. There is a work on tihs via the standard proposal pipeline, so
this should be transparent enough for everybody. if HaPe-CZ is not
able/willing to stop his current edit activities, then some kind of ban
should be probably the right solution.
If there is anyone from the previous talk-cz discussion, please comment
on my request to Frederick.

but it appears that he has ignored my request. I can block him for
longer and/or automatically revert all edits done by him on railway

the community. I could also request that he stops editing any railway
