Dear Frederik,

I do not think that reverting his railway edits is a good idea. I've
reverted the mass retagging already and otherwise he's tagged many signals
on his own, adding valuable data - although using a non-agreed-upon tagging
schema. (Which he's now apparently trying to remove from the wiki - taking
previous railway wiki editors work as collateral damage,
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions/HaPe-CZ&target=HaPe-CZ&offset=&limit=100).
Nevertheless when a consensus (hopefully through the proposal I started)
about Czech railway signal tagging is reached, it shouldn't be hard to
semi-automatically convert his schema (and perhaps parts of the original
schema as well) to the new agreed-upon tagging.

The same goes for his near future edits - he regularly adds new details to
otherwise untagged signals (although using his schema and with questionable
accuracy at times). And I would argue that's somewhat acceptable until the
time when a unified schema is finalized. If he sticks to one consistent
schema, then his newer edits can also be automatically converted to the new
standard. So I do not think blocking him at this point is the best course
of action.

Only if he continues to tag using his schema after/if a unified schema is
established, would I argue that extending the block would be appropriate.

Many thanks for your help
Detective Fiasco
