Außerdem finde ich nicht unbedingt, dass ein highway=path + foot=designated somit zum highway=footway wird. Das eine ist eine Beschränkung (foot=*), das andere eine Wegeigenschaft (footway). Der Weg sollte im footway-Fall auch für Rollstuhlfahrer, Roulator u.ä. geeignet ist.
