Ich würde wohl landuse:meadow nutzen, und wenn beweidet wird, siehe (Verwendung http://tagwatch.stoecker.eu/Europe/En/tags.html) access:horse no (9) accommodation horse (1), # animal:horse (8), cattle (5) grasing horses (1) horse yes (29912) ... dazu animal nutzen.
