Simon hat zwar recht, dass das mit einem Wechsel auf die 3.0 nicht unbedingt trivial ist. Aber auch Felix hat recht, denn in der CC-BY-SA 2.0 Abschnitt 4a) steht:
"You may not distribute ... the Work with any technological measures that control access or use of the Work in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this License Agreement."
Das ist praktisch ein DRM-Verbot, das es, wie gesagt, bei der ODbL nicht gibt - bei der ODbL kannst Du die Daten mit DRM verteilen, wenn du sie gleichzeitig (Stichwort "parallel distribution") auch ohne DRM verteilst.
